| DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR | Alan has been actively involved in property development and design / build construction for a number of years. This extensive experience includes industrial, commercial and retail projects over a range of geographic areas.
Key areas of responsibility include property acquisition, negotiation and co-ordination of design / build lease, sale or investor packages for clients. Alan also provides an overall strategic direction to the Development team.
By providing practical solutions to client requirements, Alan has been able to lead a consistent growth strategy backed by what is now considered a market leading brand. |

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | Kevin has a financial background and for a number of years has been involved in commercial development, principally urban office and technology parks in the UK and mainland Europe. He is responsible for negotiation and co-ordination of design / build lease, sale or investor packages for clients. |

PROJECT MANAGER | Mark has significant experience in valuation, property management, property development and project management for a wide range of property types. He is responsible for the rezoning and subdivision of future land stocks. Mark also manages our clients through the construction of their new building. |

Her strong design background enables her to help clients visualise the essential components of the building and make informed decisions which enhance the final product. |
