Mega 5 roof and wall cladding is a commercial high-rib and high span profile developed for large scale building applications.

Mega 5 not only offers outstanding aesthetics with clean lines and strong looks; it provides excellent spanning capabilities and the best class cover for greater economy of use.

Mega 5 provides a high inertia (stiffness) profile for wide purlin spacings of up to four metres. The product incorporates a superior interlocking design featuring a triple chamber anti-capillary to prevent wind blown water entering the roof structure via the sheet laps.

Designed and tested specifically for direct bonded amorphous photovoltaic panels, the profile is the only such profile produced in New Zealand and tested for New Zealand conditions.

Each sheet holds 2 panels to allow for maximum energy collection, giving an impressive 1 metre cover and up to 1.8 metre internal purlin spacing, the profile allows cost effective simple solar cell installation with no external frameworks, structures or roof warranty worries. Solar-Rib® is also available without the cells, allowing for easy upgrading later.

V8 is designed to give a balanced rib to crest look for wall cladding, providing the advantage of being a true asymmetric trapezoidal profile with good water carrying capacity for long run mono-pitch roof applications.

Used mainly for ultra-modern residential and large scale retail and commercial applications, it has also been used widely for internal ceiling applications in our popular Audioperf™ system.

A visually identical profile to V8, V6 is a reduced cover version which allows the customer to provide a cost effective low pitch solution for small areas such as 'lean to' roofs or extensions to existing dwellings.

Hi Five roof and wall cladding combines the modern appearance of a moderate height ribbed profile with economy and practical application suitable for a wide variety of applications.

The blend of profile and high steel strength are ideally suited to large residential or commercial buildings. The ability to perform at low pitches and wider purlin spacings allows building designs to maximize efficiency.

Installation is uncomplicated with 760mm cover per sheet. Wide rib spacing gives good water carrying capacity whilst anti-capillary side laps provide improved weather resistance. Hi Five can be crimp curved to a minimum radius of 400mm.
