ASSISTANT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BBUS (Business Economics & Marketing)
Reece is the youngest and newest addition to the Development Team and will be looking to expand on his broad background in Industrial Property Investment. Having spent the initial 24 years of his life in Auckland, Reece is keen to shed the Jaffa stereotype and immerse himself in all things South Island. Reece will be assisting Kevin Arthur with the negotiation and co-ordination of design/build lease, sale or investor packages for clients.

Mark has significant experience in valuation, property management, property development and project management for a wide range of property types. He is responsible for the rezoning and subdivision of future land stocks. Mark also manages our clients through the construction of their new building.
