Our aim is to set the benchmark in operational excellence by continually improving our processes and developing our team. Currently Corporate Services are completing a company wide business process review focusing on how the company wants to operate in the future and what tools are required to support these processes.
The Corporate Services team is also busy revising our IT infrastructure with the imminent move of our Head Office to our new premises in Milton (see progress picture above). These are both exciting and challenging times for the Corporate Services team.
