Calder Stewart Forestry established its first forestry block in the early 1980’s and has progressively increased land holding over the years.
Land throughout Otago is planted in Pinus Radiata with small pockets of Macrocarpa, Douglas Fir and Redwood. Bare land is planned to be progressively planted with Pinus Radiata and Douglas Fir over the next five years.
Calder Stewart Forestry provides exclusive access to these forestry blocks to Calder Stewart employees for hunting, mountain biking, recreational walking, motorcycling and hiking.
