This project is one of our own initiatives, built on our own land. The overall design of the building called for a total of three tenant spaces, to support retail operations and have room to spare to support the unique storage and loading requirements of tenants.

We partnered with an outside third party developer and arrived at fit-out solutions on a one-on-one basis with designated tenants Multispares and Konica Minolta.

With newer fire regulations in effect, we had to work diligently to meet Dunedin City Council consent and approval while still maintaining delivery expectations.

Overall the upscale look of the project along with ample and easy to access parking space makes it desirable premises for retail tenants who want noteworthy premises.
