Responding to the growing demand of the dairy export market, Westland Milk Products was seeking to expand its operations with a 17,000m2 dry store.
Office exteriors using exposed aggregate panels were supplied by our precast concrete division.
The project also included a rail siding that directly influenced the floor's design. Comprised of large post-tensioned slabs, the floor followed a 1:400 slope to match the siding's gradient.
This was a large industrial project for the company measuring in at 160m long and 106m wide.
